I draw on my entire mental health wheelhouse and over a decade of experience with spiritual work, meditation, and inner work. Note – I am not a licensed mental health professional.

• Help you have a better, healthier relationship with creativity and your art that will not only heal your creativity, but heal your life.
• Educate you on the best mindsets for a creative life, and for creativity.
We both have decades of experience living professional creative lives, and will draw on all of our experiences and wisdom to do anything we can to help you flourish.
